Refund Policy

We want you and your pup to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at help@petboi.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g. Custom Logo Bones)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit to use on a future petboi order. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@petboi.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
