Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your pup to be completely happy with your petboi order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email us at hello@petboi.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@petboi.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original packaging
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
